I'd like to let you know how much we appreciate having Arthur. He makes the whole audio/visual aspect of these meetings seamless. He goes above and beyond to make sure the presentations go smoothly each time and it is such a huge weight off of my shoulders to know he's there. No other audio/visual technician is like him and its a major reason that we continue to utilize the DoubleTree. Your catering staff also always goes above and beyond and are so professional and wonderful to work with. Thank you again for the last meeting and let me know if you have availability on the 26th.

We the undersigned on page 2 of this letter are members of the Carousel Dance Club, Modesto, CA. As you are well aware, our dinner-dance events have been consistently held in the Arbor Room for many years, now. Our spring event took place Friday evening, April 26. We believe it important to inform that it was the most scrumptious dining experience we've had from the DoubleTree kitchen! Several of us spoke with Lourdes, our Banquet Captain, that evening and inquired about the chef. Ms. Carrasco told us that his name is Rudy (Ranulfo) and that he is a sous chef.
Mr. Figueroa is an excellent chef. He expertly crafted all three dinner choices. The California Chicken was tender with fresh tomato and avocado, then topped with a smooth, yummy sauce. An extra layer of deliciousness was the freshly prepared salsa that was served on the side and allowed one to add just what they preferred. The tilapia plate was served with lovely, tasty fresh fruit salsa. For our vegetarian members, he prepared a gorgeous, melt-in-your-mouth Portabella mushroom ravioli with almond butter. Rudy’s plate presentation was impeccable. Each one of us wanted all of the meals served. His abilities demonstrate skill, forethought, and a knowledge of just how to marry the right flavors together.
We sincerely hope that Mr. Figueroa continues to be our chef for our dinner-dance events. Truly, it will be difficult to settle for less. We would appreciate your every effort in considering his worthiness as a serious chef who could further your food service industry. Thank you for your kind attention to this matter. We appreciate your efforts and time in thoughtfully reflecting upon the opinions we've expressed.

I would like to thank the DoubleTree hotel for a wonderful weekend. We had my moms 90th and my 50th birthday party there in Club Max. The room was just gorgeous it was set up by Angela and decorated by Denise who owns the balloon co. The staff was excellent they were very attentive to my mom and I. So if you need to have any kind of an event I would definitely have it at the DoubleTree. Thank you Lorraine, Dolores, Sara, Ashley, Kathy. You all were awesome.
It is my pleasure to provide confirmation of the excellent relationship between the Modesto Rotary Club and the DoubleTree Hotel. Our club has met at the hotel since its opening and these many years later we continue to be very happy. We have a lunch meeting in the hotel ballroom each Tuesday with 150-180 in attendance. Both the catering and banquet staffs make every effort to meet our needs and exceed our expectations. The leadership inspires their teams to provide good customer service. They deal with last minute needs pleasantly and efficiently.
I have also worked with the DoubleTree staff for larger events for Rotary District 5220 and Area 6. This same level of good service and satisfaction continues in the larger events as well.

On April 25 through 28, 2013 it was my pleasure to be a guest at the DoubleTree Modesto as Sierra Pacific Region Soroptimist held their 37th Annual Spring Conference at your facility.
I have heard nothing but compliments on the conference itself and also on the facilities and the staff at the hotel. In my advance contact with the hotel, Christina Lopez and Frank Chafe were always helpful and accommodating.
The following are some individual staff members went above and beyond their duties. The first was Arthur Bassard of AV company; he outstanding in his assistance to us during the various parts of our conference, my tech support person had only good things to say about him and our Coordinator Ecco Stotts said he helped with duties that really weren't even part of his job...a special thank you to him.
Your banquet managers Nida Reynolds and Angela Barela both were great and gave us some of the names of those who worked so hard to make our conference a success: Cynthia Valenti, Angela Lugo, Edith Avila, Nancy Miranda, Christine Duran, Celia Mesa, Tia Patterson, Will Cox, and Clint, Xchel and Efren.

On behalf of the Odd Fellows and Rebekah's of California, we wish to thank you and your staff for all the courtesies extended to us for our annual sessions. We realize that you and your staff bent over backward to accommodate our needs.
Your staff on the front desk was remarkable in the way that they handled problems. We know that they took a lot of flak. They were only kind and courteous in working with our members.
Your staff of Bellhops and Valets was great at getting members to their room and unloading then reversing it all at the end of the sessions.
There are a few of your staff that needs extra kudos. First is Christina Lopez who was always working to accommodate our needs. She answered emails in a timely and efficient manner. We hope she will continue with us for the next two years. Next is Pervez Khan who was extremely helpful in seeing to any needs we had on rooms. Both Nida Reynolds and Lourdes Carrasco the banquet captains were excellent. They did everything possible to see to the comfort and well being of our members.
We have two other to commend for their assistance. Mr Bassard of AV was excellent in offering assistance with all our Audio Visual needs. Stacy Bean was a pleasure to work with. She and her staff did things for us in a timely and efficient manner. We appreciate everything they did from hanging banners to resetting the room.
