Meet Our Chef
Executive Chef Scott Pasco
Born and raised in West Virginia, Chef Scott has spent more than 20 years as a chef in central California. Joining the Army straight out of high school, he graduated from the Fort Lee Culinary Academy outside of Washington D.C and then served as a food service specialist at Ford Ord, California for four years. After being honorably discharged from the Army, Chef Scott moved to the Central Valley where he got his degree in occupational science in Culinary Arts and started honing his skills to be a top notch chef.
Throughout his career, Chef Scott has had the fortune of cooking for several famous people such as George Bush Sr., Jack Nicklaus, Dan Quayle, The Pointer Sisters, Wolfman Jack and several rock bands such as Y&T, Night Ranger and Eddy Money. He then went on to be a culinary instructor at IT Tech for three years before finding what he calls his culinary home at the DoubleTree by Hilton Modesto, CA!
