Meet Our Chef
Executive Chef Scott Pasco
Born and raised in West Virginia, Chef Scott has made California his home for the past 20 years. During his tenure in the United States Army, Chef Scott graduated from Fort Lee Culinary Academy. He served as a food service specialist at Fort Ord, California for four years. After receiving his honorable discharge, Chef Scott moved to the Central Valley, where he earned his degree in Occupational Science in the Culinary Arts. He spent three years as a culinary instructor at IT Tech for before finding his home at DoubleTree by Hilton Modesto.
Throughout his career, Chef Scott has enjoyed the privilege of cooking for esteemed politicians, athletes, musicians, and cultural figures. Influential figures that have enjoyed Chef Scott’s cuisine include George Bush Sr., Dan Quayle, Jack Nicklaus, and Wolfman Jack. He has also prepared delectable dishes for hit rock bands, including Eddie Money, Night Ranger, and Y&T.
